You are free to organise the teams as you wish. We recommend teams of 5-6 players, depending on the total number of participants.

With the PRO and PREMIUM packages, you will receive your codes 1 week before your event, unless you have a special request. 

In self-service, you will receive your game codes once payment has been made.

Our staff will help you with any problems you encounter during your team building activity via the chat (in the app or on the website). We'll try to resolve any problems as quickly as possible!

With the PRO and PREMIUM packages, once you have signed the quote and sent the invoice, you have 30 days to pay. 

For self-service, payment must be made before you receive your access codes. You will receive an invoice as soon as payment has been validated.

It all depends on the package your company has chosen (self-service, PRO or PREMIUM).

If you have opted for on-site presence, someone from our team will be present to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Otherwise, you'll play entirely on your own. If you have any problems during the game, whatever the package, we will always be available and ready to help via the support in the app.

A last minute problem and your company has to cancel?

Once your order has been placed and payment validated, our games are valid for three years. You can easily postpone the activity, because it can be played whenever your company wants.

No, you'll be able to outrun your colleagues and try to overtake them in the rankings right from the start of the game thanks to the dispatching mission! Available in the PRO and PREMIUM packages, this mission disperses you all over the city. You can still end up in the same place later on in the game.

With the PRO and PREMIUM packages, you can access your team's ranking in real time. It's the perfect way to encourage your teams to outdo themselves!

In self-service, you'll have access to the overall game rankings on our website.

Logic puzzles, text puzzles, observation puzzles (look all around you to find the answer to the question!): you'll have a bit of everything!

On average, an exploration game lasts between 1 and 3 hours. The length of the activity depends mainly on the speed of your team and your ability to solve the riddles!🙃

To be comfortable, we advise you to allow 3 hours for the activity. However, with the PRO and PREMIUM formulas, we adapt to your timing and can reduce the game time considerably to help you plan the day.

Yes, once your payment has been validated, you will receive your invoice. You can include the company name, VAT number, etc. in your details.
